Ledger/Agency Format

The ledger format displays transactions impacting appropriations, releases, and disbursements at the statewide, program, service, and line item levels. The agency format is the operating budget displayed by programs and services within an agency as appropriated in the General Appropriations Act and other substantive legislation.

The bill format is the operating budget displayed in the format of the General Appropriations Act.

Positions

This selection displays a list of agencies and their positions. It includes information such as filled and vacant positions and is hyperlinked to each agency providing additional information at the program and service levels. In addition, detail position information at the agency, program and service levels may be viewed.
